New spots dropping soon.

Happy hours, speakeasies and trending spots. Zero ads.

The insider guide to going out — without the sponsored nonsense.

Checked at the source

Most listings are checked against the venue's own website or menu, and every one shows when it was last checked, or says it hasn't been. No operator-paid placement.

Actually updated

Re-checked against its sources on a rolling schedule, and a listing that goes stale says so. Not a 2019 listicle.

Built by a local

One developer in Vancouver who got tired of Googling "happy hour near me."

Why each city is different

British Columbia

Look at the food side

BC sets minimum prices on every drink, so a "$5 wine" is barely a discount. The real signal is the food side: half-price apps, half pizzas, half plates. That's where BC happy hours actually live.

Ontario

Toronto rarely says "happy hour"

Ontario's ad ban on the phrase ended in May 2019, but 35 years of branding stuck. Toronto venues run the deals under names like "Aperitivo Hour," "Cinq-à-Sept" and "Social Hour." Where a venue uses its own name for it, we show that name, and you can search by it.

Washington

Still rebuilding from the pandemic

Seattle's happy hour landscape is recovering. Schedules drop quietly, then quietly come back. Every record carries a Last Verified date — if it's stale, you'll see a Stale or Cold badge. Flagged, not hidden.
